     The main processing points of gas used in rapid variable temperature injection moulding in Shanghai wrapping mould factory are compressed hot air method, steam heating method and flame heating method. Except for different gas sources, the principles of the three methods are similar. The compressed hot air is pre-heated by injecting compressed hot air into the cavity before injection, and the air is drawn out through the exhaust port.Gas, then close the compressed hot air, extract true, inject, the preheating temperature of the die wall is controlled by the preheating layer, the thickness of insulation layer, the temperature of compressed hot air, pressure and heating time. In the case of complex cavity and low forming material, the composite die wall can not be used, and only compressed hot air is used for heating.
    
     In injection production, the cooling time of plastic injection parts accounts for about 80% of the whole injection production cycle.Poor cooling often leads to warpage or surface defects, which affect the dimensional stability of products.Reasonable arrangement of injection, holding pressure and cooling time can improve product quality and productivity.In injection moulding, the gating system and the cavity are formed by the closure of the movable and fixed moulds, and the movable and fixed moulds are separated when the moulds are opened to remove the plastic products.In order to reduce the heavy workload of mold design and manufacturing, most injection moulds adopt standard mold base.
    
     After the plastics are heated in the barrel of the injection machine and the plasticization reaches the flowing state, the injection process can be divided into five stages: filling, compacting, holding, backflow and cooling.Injection moulding is a batch process of injection moulding, so it needs filling preparation period, also known as screw no-load period, equivalent to the period from t0 to tA.The screw starts to move forward at t0. Because it takes a certain time to flow through the nozzle and the gating system, the melt has not entered the die cavity before tA. Because the melt passes through the nozzle and the runner with very small cross-section at high speed, it suffers great flow resistance and generates a lot of shear friction heat.
